Introducing the preferential responce maintenance agreement

You have the computers, network infastructure and a server - then one day you have
a problem - this could be with your hardware, software or network/internet issues.
So you need urgent help to get your bussiness systems back online.
You need telephone support or remote assistance, even to arrange a visit to your premises at short notice.
But who do you call - Avontech that's who, this is why we have introduced our preferential response agreement (PRM).

When you enter into a PRM agreement, you minimise risks and so improve the continuity of normal operations and ensure
that the value of your IT investment is maintained at a high level. It only costs £3.75 plus VAT per week - but that is not per
system - that is for the whole network. "Now that has got your attention"

We also provide an annual meeting, normally on the anniversary date of the PRM agreement, to outline suggested system
upgrades with planning and provision, taking into account any budgetary requirements that may be in place.

All this for an annual charge of £195.00 plus VAT (payable in advance)
